Jeremy Wake (Chairman)

After 18 years marketing investment solutions to IFAs, he became a Director of Stafford House Investments Ltd in 1987. Appointed Managing Director in 1991 and a Director of Rowan in October 1999 when the companies were merged. He was appointed Managing Director of Rowan & Co. in May 2000, and has served as Chairman since December 2006.

Patrick Ingram BA ACA ASIP (Managing Director)

Patrick graduated from Oxford University with a degree in Modern History, before joining the London Office of KPMG in 1982, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He has over twenty years experience of Financial Services including bond and futures broking, private client investment management and investment banking.

Guy Stephens BSc (Hons) ASIP MSI (Investment Director)

Guy holds a first class Honours degree in Mathematics. He is an Associate of the Institute of Investment Management & Research and a Member of the Securities Institute. He previously worked as an Investment Manager for a leading regional firm of Solicitors following seven years as a City-based Fund Manager.

Stephen Small (Business Development Director)

Stephen joined Rowan in 2002, after 22 years with a world-leading pensions provider. Responsible for the development and implementation of Rowan's on-line SIPP partnership. His experience is now fully utilised in building and maintaining business relationships with professional connections and the third party IFA sector, promoting awareness of Rowan's specialist expertise in discretionary investment management.

David Woodhouse ACoI ASI (Compliance Director)

David joined Rowan as Compliance Officer in 2001 and was appointed to the Board in 2004. He entered the industry in 1986 with Sun Alliance as a technical adviser and later joined Bristol and West to oversee the integration of B & W with the Bank of Ireland. David then spent the next 5 years as head of training and latterly, business development with a major IFA network.

Tim Cockerill BA (Hons) (Head of Research)

Tim holds an Honours degree in Economics. He joined Rowan in 2004 and has worked with a number of leading IFAs as well as working as a consultant to investment companies. He has 18 years investment experience.
